Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Woodchop Software LLC for BitPiggy.

Use

BitPiggy is for moving your own files between your devices. You must be at least 13. You are responsible for what you add and for keeping access to your email. Do not use BitPiggy for illegal content, to attack the service, or to reach someone else’s account or files. We may suspend or delete an account that abuses the service.

Account

You sign in with email. You can delete the account in Settings. Deletion removes your files and cannot be undone.

Plus and Max

BitPiggy Plus is 10 GB for $2/month or $12/year USD. BitPiggy Max is 100 GB for $5/month or $36/year USD. No trial. Desktop subscribes through Stripe. iPhone and Android subscribe through Apple or Google. Cancel on the store you paid (desktop Manage billing, or Apple/Google subscription settings). After cancel you keep the paid quota until the period ends, then Free 1 GB. Files already in the inbox stay; new uploads are blocked if you are over quota. Deleting the account cancels Stripe. It does not cancel Apple or Google — cancel those in iPhone or Play settings.

Rights

You keep the rights to files you add. Woodchop Software LLC owns BitPiggy, its name, and its marks.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, Woodchop Software LLC is not liable for lost files, lost profits, or indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Using BitPiggy after a change means you accept the new terms. The current version is at https://bitpiggy.app/terms.
